Mr Vikas Wahee

Head of Solutions at Intellicus technologies for BPM & ITES and a BPO domain expert with extensive knowledge about Automation, BI, and Innovative Solutions. He started his journey with a global provider company, Intellicus technologies in 2019 which has deployed more than 10,000 commercial installations across the globe. Vikas has been focused on Customer Experience and Transition Management for both Blue field and Green field projects along with Process Excellence for the company which leads him toward the success of all the projects.

Vikas started his career as a Sr. Business Development Executive for iEnergizer and was hereafter appointed to different roles by well-known companies. He was a part of STARTEK as an Associate Vice President who concentrated on Indian market players for both private and government sectors. In his previous tenures, he led the strategy, planning, and deployment of complex BPO and consolidation projects across multi-site, geographically dispersed operations specifically for the Banking and Insurance Sector.

Vikas graduated from the National Institute of Business Studies with a BBA degree. He is a very productive person with vast knowledge. With his interpersonal skills, he built relations with both company clients and potential customers during his career path.
